Intro
Overview:
The demanding world of education often leaves teachers feeling overwhelmed and stressed. The UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development has even introduced goals related to health and well-being in school education, considering a top priority. This one-week course offers educators the opportunity to embark on a transformative journey towards finding inner peace, balance, and well-being through mindfulness practices. Participants will explore mindfulness techniques, stress reduction strategies, and self-care practices tailored to the unique challenges faced by educators.
Target Audience:
This course is tailored for educators and youth workers at all levels, including primary, secondary, and higher education, as well as professionals passionate about enhancing their well-being. Participants will learn practical mindfulness tools while traveling with Erasmus+.
Objectives:

Module 2: Mindfulness Practices
