
Panagiota Christodoulou
Panagiota Christodoulou is a Ph.D. student at the University of Western Macedonia, Greece. She holds a B. Ed. on Pedagogy and Primary education. She has been engaged in national (i.e., ARISTEIA) and international (i.e., Horizon2020, Erasmus+) research projects focusing among others on the design of blended learning environments exploiting emerging technologies (e.g., social robots) and critical thinking. Currently, she is working as an assistant project manager and researcher for nationally and internationally funded projects. She studied Values and Knowledge Education (VaKE) during her bachelor and master studies. Her master thesis was on the exploitation of VaKE for conceptual change. During her master studies, she was granted an Erasmus scholarship, during which she visited the University of Salzburg and the research team that conceptualised VaKE. She has published scientific work about VaKE in (peer reviewed) scientific journals and handbooks. She is currently in the EC of the Association of Values and Knowledge Education (AVaKE) and a member of the European Association for Research in Learning and Instruction (EARLI).
